Specialist, Product Analysis & Design

Location: Lagos 

Job Summary

Assist in translating concepts and ideas into products and services, thus ensuring that approved concepts relating to consumer segments are converted to product design specifications and manage the end-to-end delivery of products and services.

Roles and Responsibilities

·       Develop the product design specification for all approved concepts from Consumer Segments.

·       Coordinate with key stakeholders (IT, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, Customer Experience and Revenue Assurance) involved in the implementation of consumer segment products and services

·       Conduct research on key consumer segment related products and services as well as developments and trends in the telecommunications industry.

·       Document the FAQ’s for new all consumer products and services and lead the facilitation of product training before the launch of services.

·       Review all test cases developed by the QA team for all consumer products and services to ensure that the test cases are aligned with the product requirements.

·       Propose modifications to enhance products/services within the consumer segment by identifying potential product and services innovations and proffer recommendations on identified concepts through to launch.

·       Assist in monitoring, evaluating and reporting on the performance and quality of all consumer services in line with defined functionalities and specifications.

·       Attend unit/team meetings as required.

·       Coach, supervise and direct the activities of subordinates/junior staff (where applicable).

·       Prepare/compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the Manager, Product Analysis and Design

·       Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager, Product Analysis and Design

Education and Experience

·       First degree or its equivalent in a relevant discipline.

·       Three (3) to five (5) years relevant work experience.
