Job Summary

• Assist in executing the work programmes and plans of EMTS’s Youth segment

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational

• Assist in conducting research on new product initiatives/options for convergence targeted at EMTS’s youth market segment and proffer recommendations to the Manager, Youth Market Segment.

• Assist in developing concepts for promotional campaigns targeted at EMTS’s youth market segment and proffer recommendations to the Manager, Youth Market Segment.

• Assist in conducting research on initiatives for market penetration and market share acquisition for EMTS’s youth market and proffer recommendations to the Manager, Youth Market Segment.

• Participate in product launches targeted at EMTS’s youth market.

• Assist in conducting research on options for customer lifecycle extension and proffer recommendations to the Manager, Youth Market Segment.

• Assist with logistics for awareness campaigns, fairs and ad-hoc surveys aimed at promoting EMTS’s products and services to the youth market.

• Liaise with the Finance department to ensure payment of third parties where necessary.

• Liaise with relevant units/teams/functions in carrying out all relevant activities.

• Attend team/divisional/departmental meetings as required.

• Prepare/compile agreed periodic activity and performance reports for the attention of the Manager, Youth Market Segment.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager, Youth Market Segment.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• First degree or its equivalent in a relevant discipline.

• Three (3) to Five (5) years relevant work experience.
